Frequently asked questions
To book, simply go to ‘Bookings’ and select your Wedding date. Ignore the time-slot, this is to simply let us know your flowers will be shipped as close to your Wedding date as possible.
A £25 none refundable deposit is required upon booking and the remainder will be due 2 weeks prior to completion before dispatch. Failure to pay balance will result in flowers being discarded.
Shipping instructions will be included in your confirmation email upon booking.
Please keep in mind that the Cost of shipping your bouquet is your responsibility.
You have the option to drop your bouquet off if you live locally, same goes for collection.
The process is extremely delicate and time-consuming and often will take longer than anticipated due to many factors including; how long the flowers take to dry, how many layers of resin are required, curing times, sanding, topcoat(s). Therefore, we are reluctant to give specific date for completion but you should expect it to take up to 4 months.
All flowers are unique and some dry/cast better than others. Bright colours tend to stay vibrant where as darker colours such as reds and purples dry a few shades darker. Whites/creams will often dry slightly yellow or even brown in colour.
Thin/delicate flowers such as Orchids, Tulips, Lilies are a challenge to dry and cast and tend to develop translucent spots. Resin artists often refer to translucent spots as ‘bruising‘. This can also occur during damage in transit.
We will dispose of leftover flowers one week after your piece has been shipped out to you. This includes any bows, ribbon or pins. If you would like these pieces saved, please include in booking comments.
KEEP OUT OF SUNLIGHT is the most important way to keep your unique piece looking great. Keep away from heat. We use a high quality UV resistant resin but your piece will amber slightly over time.
Treat your piece like you would a vase, avoid scratching or dropping it. Do not use abrasive chemicals to clean it. To clean, use a micro fibre cloth with some car polish to restore shine.
